Just let Bard start out with a free Guardian Angel and he will equal Thresh. Thresh is the most tanky OP piece of sh** I have ever seen in my life. There is no reason a bag of dusty ass bones in a robe should be that tanky. It must be nice to get a free thornmail every 15 minutes by walking left and right in lane.

Thresh starts with less Armor than Sona and doesn't have scaling MR due to being a ranged champion. He needs to collect at least 5 souls per level to make up for his lack of armor scaling.
You don't generally sit in a lane post-6.
