How to possibly fix Taliyah in my opinion.

We all know Taliyah is a bit weak if she doesn't get her snowball going but there are a couple reasons why (in my opinion) as to why it's so hard for her to start. One is that when she casts W, she cannot move until after she finishes her cast animation. The second is that you can't cast her E during the cast time for her W. The third is that Worked Earth is around for simply too long. The first sets her up for failure, and the second and third cuts her damage severely.

In my opinion, it is theoretically possible to improve her gameplay by

  1. Let her move after she casts W and chooses a direction W.
  2. Letting her cast her E during the time she takes to choose a direction for W.
  3. Having Worked Earth go away sooner or have her ult reset it if it passes over it. Or just simply change her passive all together. I'd honestly rather have a reload mechanic for her Q than have to deal with Worked Earth.

As I've stated before, this is my opinion on how it MIGHT fix her. Not that it WILL fix her.

IMO she's perfectly fine the way she is, but the reload mechanic for her q is pretty interesting and it works with her lore because she does store rocks in her sling
