[Gameplay] Shen ult timer bug

There is a bug with shen's ult that if you ult the target right as they die, it does on cooldown but you don't get a timer for it and the game thinks you have it, including your teammates HUDs. Its easy to replicate and it's happened to me four times that I can remember off the top of my head. Its a pain trying to ult to save someone and you don't actually have ult.
