GP nerfs

Riot, I get the nerf. You don't want GP spaming Q on the enemy laner, but if you are going to give it a high mana cost with his low mana pool could you give him his old Q passive back where half the mana is restored for execusting a minion? I don't want to go back to the or start again. Nor be forced into klepto and pray that I get a mana pot.
