Can we have a new permanent gamemode?

I would play it all the time. It removes all of the champions that you see every single game. It would bring back a lot of champions into the game.

Out of the remaining champs who would be left?

Not to mention it would self balance out any champions that are too strong in the game mode simply because every time they hit 9% or above they would be auto banned.
