and a version of inervateing locket while we're at iit, those two items are the main reason i enjoy nexus blitz...gets me back to the good ol times of haveing meaninfull sustain as a tank
in fact it's too good, it screws over allot of mages, by the time cooldowns are up they'd have regenerated allot of the damage due to force of nature

That item is OP AF.
1,5% max hp regen every second always? I dont wana deal with some BS like a Ornn with 200+ armor and MR constantly regenerating while burning me down with base damage , or a 8000+ health cho slowly stomping me down for that matter.
Balls to the walls hells no.
Makes some tanks and melee so ridiculously OP to the point where the meta would completely warp around them, no thank you.'
Adaptive helm is already a incredibly useful item for melee that counters DPS mages quite hard and burst dont handle melee well at all generally.
not when this ball of stats still has its ult and passive.
