Ezreal's Ult and W

I doubt this will end up anywhere but... Ezreal's ult looks a lot like his W, so why doesn't it give, for instance, 50% AS to allies and -50% AS to enemies?

OR

Remember when Ezreal could heal? So what if his ult gave 20% lifesteal and spellvamp to allies for 5 seconds and it applied grevious wounds to enemies? I think that would be good

ALSO: Ezreal's W used to be able to heal, and now it's kinda useless unless you are going AP Ezreal or sieging turrets, so what if it grants lifesteal and spellvamp to stick to the healing thing? Or if Ezreal healed a percentage of the damage done?

Ezreal is in an ok position right now. Those changes would give too much hidden power.

I disagree that his w and ult look similar. I think they should let his w function as is, but allow it to hit minions. Ezreal is the only ADC unable to push waves without expanding lots of mana(q). His w still would have heavy mana costs and a moderate cooldown, but his w would feel impactful and make ez players have a way to manage minion waves in a more reasonable way. Rather than 6-7 Q's or blowing his ultimate.

I think that you'd end up in a situation similar to what happened with Alistar. Where a champion isn't popular at all, so you give him a bit of a friendly boost, and he becomes by far the best at his position.

Ezreal is a good ADC, and he's been good for months. He's just never been the best. You shouldn't take that to mean that he's in particular need of buffs.
