Azir's ult has the description, "Enemies will be stopped by Emperor's Divide, even if they attempt to dash over the wall," but if you use a flash-type ability, like Talon's Cutthroat, near the wall, it still pushes you back. This leads to frustrating moments when you are either trying to escape, or get a kill, only to be pushed when you weren't trying to dash or jump over the wall.

Votable Jester1 votesThat may happen if you blink inside the wall, but so long as you avoid that, blinks should get you across fine. It isn't forgiving like normal walls, but you can still blink across it.
