No More Mastery pages - Each champion has its own page

Hey everyone i'll try to be short. The new mastery system is better then the old one, but a new problem arise now. With this new System what you kinda want is not to be limited to 20 pages of masteries because you want a personalized mastery page for EACH champion. I know that you can manage it, but it would be much quicker if you could just have this: • Open the Mastery Page on your menu • Select a champion • View the masteries selected for that champion.

No more 20 pages, no more scrambling around with names and such.

When you are in the champion select for a match you just select a champion and see the relative mastery page that you did (still beign able to edit it on the fly):

Example: I select Lucian in champion select and i see selected "Lucian masteries", i can edit it and it's all done. I just think that 20 pages are not enough anymore because some champions could have very personal mastery settings.

To reflect that what is ay it's true, i just see more and mroe streamers and normal players just have 1 mastery that they edit it on the fly in champion select based on what champion they will play. This is kinda proof that eveyr champion would need it's own mastery

The new mastery tree is so simple I don't even find myself changing pages most of the time. I have a generic tank, adc, and mage page and I swap around the points as I think I'll need each game. Much easier than last season since you don't need to empty a tree to move things around. While more mastery pages wouldn't hurt, I don't think it is really necessary.

Yes but why would have to do that? it's an anomaly in the system basically. Why you haver to swap points for every champ you play and have the risk of messing around too.

I don't relly find myself confortable with just generic pages, would love to have more specific ones

Frankly I would rather occasionally swap points around quickly before games, and accept that occasionally I will make a mistake and select something different than I intended, then have to go and make a mastery page for every single champion I own. What if I had never played the champion since the switch and forgot to make a page?

Plus as others have mentioned I don't always use the same masteries for the champion, it is sometimes team or role dependent on what I choose (e.g. tankier Malphite versus more mage Malphite). 20 pages is enough to have basically most of the options (18/0/12, 18/12/0, 0/18/12 and so on) filled out where you just need to quickly switch points here and there at the pick stage.

I can agree with you. And sometimes I even use 2 differe t mastery pages for the same champion depending on match up. And yes, I do change pages on the run quite often

Yeah, as i sais i see more and more streamers just having 1 page and editing it on the run

I've been using only three master pages this whole preseason. One for each tree. Simply edit the 3-4 specific masteries for your champion's role pre-game. It only takes about 7 seconds and saves the time of making all those pages.
