Can we at least increase amount of wards per player for the preseason?

1. Bot and top are getting more blind spots.
2. Water drake adds more bushes.
3. Earth drake adds more terrain.

We have 3 factors that are vision-denying. Can we please add an additional red ward or reduce cooldown of normal ones? I am not even asking for the return of wards you could buy from the shop, you can keep game casual friendly, just add a bit more wards Riot. I dont want enemy to escape at 1% HP cause I couldn't auto-attack him the final time because the map is full of blind spots.
