Parry Q/R, continue with life until he runs out of MP. You dont need to xXMLGLCSBigPlayzHypeRCarRyxX with Fiora, just survive and not lose your lane horribly.

Yes, but being countered should be them tower diving you when you're at full health, killing you even when you ult, and walking away alive :I

There is a difference between a significant disadvantage, and autolosing. Lucian Orianna is an Lucian favored match mid. Doesn't mean that Lucian can just dash in and beat the Ori down and never have to be careful.
