So Lissandra's mana cost got nerfed

Normally, I would post about how Lissandra should be gutted and doesn't deserve to exist in her cancerous state but I won't.

Anyways, Riot please fix Lissandra's mana cost so that her freelo abusers can play something. You see, ever since the introduction of Lissandra, unskilled players saw a way to break out of the #Lc$FLAY$ hype into the #FREELOWITCHERRDAY fanclub. Now I know this may seem like it divides your fan base( i mean who doesn't like to see Lee sin "skillshots" and Thresh plays) but lissandra mains need something to fall back on after they get rekt for playing champions who take real skill like Kayle and Fizz.

TL:DR - Buff the Freelo Witch mana cost but compensate by increasing the cooldown of her Q and halving the damage of her Q and R. Also make sure that her E can only be used once per game to counteract her high mobility. If people complain about how OP she becomes after the nerfs, then you should probably consider deleting her out of the game.
