Janna needs a buff

Currently, is underperforming. https://lolalytics.com/ranked/worldwide/platinum/plus/champion/Janna/ As we can clearly see, she is sitting at a 52.5% winrate. This is horrendous! How has Riot let our 53+% champion go down this gutter for THIS long?! Clearly the problem stems in two things: She deals no dmg and her shield doesnt do anything. I feel like they need to buff the E ap ratio by around 30% to make her viable (both the shield and the AD ratio). If you disagree with me then you're just a bruiser/assassin crybaby. Janna is EXTREMELY underpowered and statistics dont lie.
