Pros and Cons of Miss Fortune Support

I hate Miss fortune support, however I will be doing my best to show the pros and cons of Miss Fortune Support

Pros: -Good Poke E does a nice amount of damage especially with the thunderlord proc -long range Can out range a lot of meta supports, Karma, zyra, etc -Nice zoning with good early game I'm no expert on Miss fortune but her laning phase is strong just poking down the enemy laner Cons: -Needs gold to be useful depends on what build, ap or ad -ult doesn't do a lot of damage one of the best things about Miss fortune adc is her team fight potential especially if she runs of with a lead. As a support your main objective is to help your adc and get them kills, because of this Miss fortune won't be as useful -another adc Squishy, gets destroyed by cc, and relies on a front line protecting her,assassins blow her up, etc.

I just wanted players who were contemplating on playing Miss Fortune Support to know what they can expect and how she fits in with the meta especially with assassins coming back into the meta.

As a support main i love when people play mf or zyra, brand, ect and i'm sitting here as nautilus ready to witness them as their adc is burried under all of my CC and they can do nothing about it

It works as a counter pick to zyra mainly, and you'd need an adc with hard cc (ashe being the obvious one, but a vayne condemn or something would probably work too...although at that point vayne probably has the kill anyway). There are better options in most other regards against most other bot lanes.

That said, most anything works below diamond if you're simply better than your lane opponent(s). I'd bet on a diamond one-trick urgot support over a gold thresh pretty much every time.

More cons:

  • Very, very, very bad late game, even if they dominate early, they will do nothing in late, literally -> easy to outscale
  • ADc dependant
  • Need teamwork to work properly, not just one premade, but whole team

it doesnt work but hey try it, i go malz supp and people trash on me. Lets see better poke then mf, silicne, ult instant cc, w to aid in disengage, tank from passive via a free banshees veil

Pros: Counters Zyra

Cons: Loses when not fighting Zyra

Simple enough.
