Who are you using to climb right now?

I've been playing a lot of different champs lately. Just for fun mostly. I have such a little amount of champs when I do play ranked seriously I feel like im losing because of the champ I chose. Or because there were better champion picks on the other team. I want to know who people are using in their ranked games. I know I could just bandwagon and go for Vayne, Yasuo, Vi, or Lee. But is there someone else that is working well for anyone right now?

Honestly? Nautilus Always helps me get out of a losing streak when Mordekaiser fails.

Taliyah, maybe it's cause I'm in bronze right now but it's working so far lol

I like Janna and brand support, but I do throw in some Raka and sona as well.

I've also picked up Zilean lately, with so many fast-moving champions, a 99% slow into stun, into yet another 99% slow really helps. He's also great with his ult for that whole one-trick crap going on with Vi, Shyv, Yas, heca etc that just kill you in one combo.

Well it firstly depends on the lane, your playstyle, what you consider fun, and to a lesser extent what your team needs. I spammed ez and varus last season and now in playing trust for the first time. Everyone says she's Garbo but I can easily go 15/2 on her. Where if I played vayne is probably go 4/6 on her.

Lux and Leona have been working well for me in solo/duo queue. Flex queue I just kinda play whatever I feel like from my comfortable pool.

I feel like all my champions pool are "out of meta" right now except for Vi, and that the gulf between meta and non-meta champions is larger than it's ever been.

Basically, there are a certain champions who are insanely strong and popular right now, and games feel like they are often decided by who has those champions or who has a champion that can deal with those champions.

Vayne being a prime example - if you play mid and don't pick a champion who can delete her, it feels like you will have an insanely hard time winning since she will dodge your skillshots and three-shot you in under a second while being invisible/untargetable.

"Being able to (enable your team to) kill a fed Vayne/Twitch/Cait before they destroy your team" seems to be the main criteria for a good champion right now.

I've been playing Singed. He's especially good in silver where I can win any matchup easily, and even if I get camped I'm still useful mid-late.

I've been playing a lot of Camille and Kha recently, but in the past I know I often just went a really tanky or high CC top laner (Naut mostly) and just roamed and got my mid fed.

Janna never goes out of style. Although it was a bit rough when sona was FoTM (sona being a lane counter).

Jax Nautilus Ryze and learning Amumu to have a tanky jungler.

Not doing too hot at this second, but I didn't start playing til late last year anyway
