Is Kindred even playable right now?
Their win rate is awful and the jungle change does not help her at all. Seems to me she will just get one shot past 20 minutes. Is she just the next Azir?

their winrate actually significantly improved in 6.24 after riot buffed fervor and nerfed coc, it's almost 50% now

still worse than pre-jungle changes though, it used to be almost 51%
p.s. so she is not bad currently, if you want an actually unplayable jungler it's nidalee, she is the very worst jungler currently
Kindred does not have the strength to even take use of their passive, Which where majority of her their damage comes from.
Aka They don't have the strength to hunt down the marked targets or go through the enemy jungle to get their mark, It's supposed to be risky & rewarding but you barely have the strength to go through the enemy or fight them because you'll lose all the damn time, They don't even have good MS, One of the slowest characters in the game, They went from Top Tier Jungler to complete Trash Tier. Azir got buffs, Kalista & Draven are up for buffs in PBE, Why the hell not Kindred? Heck they even buffed Shen a little, Kindred could use some buffs.

I think what hurt her the most was the jungle changes with the loss of her W regeneration passive. If she had that passive still, she would be fine
She got gutted cause of whiny Korean Lee Sin and Elise pickers not able to invade and camp her for kills for free or easily force her out of their jungle.

Is Kindred playable? Yes. Is she worth playing compared to almost any other jungle-intended champ? No, because even after you absolutely master her, the best most people can be is OK and very, very, very few people accel with her.
Playing Kindred now is kinda risky. If you won't have decent early game and at least 7 stacks till 25th minute than you don't have anything to say in late. They don't forget mistakes, unlike like some champions that can go 0/11 and still 1v1 everyone in the game (like Illaoi and stuff like that).
i think she's ok. viable but not broken, horrible when behind, decent when on par, good when ahead. she could use a little bit more...something but idk what it is. maybe base ad or something
To be fair, I think they overnerfed her. First they cut down the effectiveness of her Q, then they cut down her W, and then they adjusted her passive to deal less %HP damage. The Q change was not warranted. Of course, it's going to act the same as before when you've finally max ranked it, but before then, she has no dueling power. If she gets caught in the jungle by the enemy jungler, she's pretty much dead. Her mobility is what kept her alive, and Riot thought it was making her too good against melee champs.
To add to that, her AA animation is just too slow, so it's way too easy to cancel it, and even then, she doesn't do a whole hell of a lot of damage early on compared to the caster junglers. She's meant to be a late-game champion, but if she cannot make it past the early game without getting bullied about, then she's not going to hit that power fantasy.
I also get braindead morons on my team whenever I play Kindred, so they never assist me in getting Scuttles when it's marked, so eh.
