Why would anyone think that this champion needs nerfs in the first place? Its been ages since I ever saw a malphite, his winrate sucks... so why was the first PBE change he got in like forever a nerf?

Q was better in early ranks, W trippled his bonus armor under shield, he would get 600 armor and then his E would deal 200+280 without counting the ap ratio
