[Autofill / WW / Ranked AFK] 3 things that are gamebreaking and how to fix

Auto fill Auto fill seems to always be enabled as of late, which really sucks because my ban timers are getting longer because of the increased frequency I have to dodge. Since auto fill implementation I've seen a huge increase in people going AFK the entire match, people simply dont want to play if they cant do what they want. Auto fill should be a user preference setting automatically set to allow auto fill, this would allow users to opt out of auto fill for important games like rank up or placement matches. If a user decides to opt out they should be put on a low priority queue, if a user has auto fill enabled and is forced to auto fill and they win a ranked game they should be given bonus xp for the match. If they are auto filled and loose there should be less harsh of ranked penalties as that is not what they queued up for. War Wick He's too fast and once hes on you good luck with escaping. His stun needs a longer cool down and speed slightly decreased.

RANKED AFKERS There's nothing more frustrating than someone going AFK in a ranked match from the start. With the implementation of autofill I've noticed alot of people leaving their computers on and connected, but not playing. This blocks a team from /remake, I think an easy solution to this is allow /remake up until the first 5 minutes and allowing it to be done even when people are connected. Also I think we need month long bans for those who AFK in ranked games, no scaling bans just month long bans. Also if an AFKer is in game should be nullified for the rest of the AFKers teammates.
