Tryndamere not in bloodmoon
I was gonna try the Blood Moon game mode which is described as a game for assassins. Why isn't Tryndamere a pickable champ for this, or is he not and assassin anymore?

Tryn was never an assassin.
They also released the champion list for this awhile ago on Surr@20
They must have found a reason to exclude him during playtests. Yi is an assassin too, but they excluded him because he would just sit and meditate.
Did you even read the list of champions?
