NA West / NA East servers

Ever since the move server moved from Portland to Chicago, I've noticed that certain roles like ADC are much harder to play due to latency increases. What I would like to see implemented is multiple servers in North America. NA East (New York/Boston) / Chicago / NA West (Portland/Seattle).

Here's the thing -- you split the population and you're going to aggravate queue times even more and the whole auto-fill issue will become a lot worse.

So now the question is what is the worst issue?
