Playing Zed feels really unsatisfying

Especially with how average or slightly less then average he is right now. The biggest thing is this .

Hourglass is so UNFUN and I am sad riot doesnt follow the same principles they had with Schimitar as they do with Hourglass. If schimitar doesnt drop fizz ult, which IS a cc. Hourglass shouldnt negate zed's ult. I see adc's who. in this meta, dont need a 6th item and can afford to waste it on zhyonas. What if you dont wanna focus adc cause mage is most fed? Zhyonas SHOULDNT be a complete denial to shut them down. This item is not very good in most cases but some niche ones and for completely negating Zed in most cases. It should be changed/removed and/or replaced with another armor/ap item.

I can stress enough how gross it is to have Katarina get fed off of other lanes as I am, but cause she bought Hourglass, I zed, WHO MY JOB IS TO SHUT PEOPLE DOWN, cant do that now. Its not fun/fair. I know Zed gets hate every now and then, but this HAS to be admitted that this isnt fair and is toxic gameplay. I wouldnt complain if it was Bard ult negating Zed, cause thats a champions ULT and can be messed up/ missed/baited. But a good early game item WITH ARMOR and ap, that also has the ability to negate 50% of my burst. Toxic. And is a large rock in the way of Zed being balanced. Everytime the nerf/buff zed he seems to be super broken or below average. I think Hourglass is a huge reason for this.

EDIT: Hourglass can also be baited, but 99% of the time, its held on to until you ult.
