Riot ignores low elo reports of ranked trols

I have had countles games were people have no idea what they are doing and they still play ranked games. This players play rank like its a casual normal game, they do dumb things, dont communicate, and have no sense of team work and that costs the game to people who realy want to climb out of a league. And if you start complaining on their play they call you toxic and shit and you end up being the BM. Than what realy gets me mad is people saying ''its only a game dude''.

If it was a diamond or challenger game those players would get insta reported and banned, so why does this not happen is bronze? Rank mode is supposed to be the ultimate try hard challenge but its so full of ''its only a game'' players. One thing is loosing a game were everyone tried their best and other thing is loosing because of a player that doesnt take it seriously and plays champions that he has no idea how.

Not a single report that i have sent is being punished, but in the other hand i have had warning because of toxic behavior.
