Well, for how squishy that build makes you, you will definatly die easily, especially with Mord's slow attack speed.
I see you have Nashors, good.
If you don't want to build tanky, here is a build that that gives more health, and attack speed, stacking damage and AS, a slow, and mixed like you want:
CORE: (in this about this order)
-Nashor's
-Swifties
-Rylias(I like to build boots as I build Rylias)
-Guinsoos Rageblade
EXTENDED:
Against AD threat: Deadman's(health, movespeed, armor, momentum empowers next AA)
Against AP threat: Spirit Visage(MR, 20% increase on your heals, CDR, Health, increased regen)
The last item is your choice.
Do you want a carry item or do you want to be able to soak more damage?
If I am super fed by this point I will get a deathcap, or Luden's. Both are nice, but Ludens seems more practical, from the movespeed, large AP, and the fact that your ult procs it a few times from one ult. Or you can just go HAM if super fed, and get BoRK for even MORE AS, some more AD, and the active.
A more safe last item would be say, Warmogs, Steraks, or Frozen Mallet just for the health and little extra damage boost and AA slow(I know you already have rylia slow; its mostly for the health and damage)
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
With this build, you MUST play safe early. I cannot stress this enough. Hyper focus farming minions and GET THAT GOLD. Mord is very item reliant. If the enemy gets too close, e them thru minions, get your shield up and back off before it degenerates, but also last hit nearby minions if you can. Try not to miss cs; you NEED to get your core items ASAP. I typically rush Nashors, get first tier boots during Nashors first or second back, than after Nashors, build Rylias and finishing Swifty boots around the same time, or when you have the extra gold.
Runes to have that work well with this build:
AP blues, scaling health yellows VERY IMPORTANT, magic pen reds. The quints are your decision: 1 Movespeed Quint, 2 AP Quints OR 2 MS quints and an AP quint
I will say tho, on this account, my AS quint is nice for him. Once I get the LP for more runes on this account, I'll try a more AD/AP and AS runepage.
Time your heals, ward, observe the enemy laners play pattern, and punish thier mistakes if they make a bad move and you have poked them down slowly. I use ghost for this reason, and heal ON THIS ACCOUNT because I play Mord solo top, even in his current state. ALWAYS PLAY SAFE IN EARLY LANE AND FARM YOUR ASS OFF. IF YOU HAVE PUSHED LANE, WARD, YOU MUST WARD OR GANKS WILL GET YOU ALWAYS.
Don't use ghost recklessly. Only to go to stick to secure a kill, but mostly for an escape early. The second spell can be flash, heal, or ignite. You choose. Here, I've been going ghost and heal, but ghost and flash is nice, too.
If you can play without the mobility summoner spells, which is SIGNIFIGANTLY HARDER, one may rake TP and ignite top. I will admit that I cannot use the latter properly; Mord is way too slow. I at least need ghost for those key moments.
If thou hast added me, I can show you my top Mord play sometime. It typically carries.
Hahaha on another note, played some bots for a friend, tried to let him get kills instead of taking them.. I got killed because of my mercy xDD
THIS BUILD IS A KILL OR BE KILLED BUILD
YOU MUST KNOW THE TIMING ON THE HEALS
YOU CANT MAKE LOTS OF MISTAKES EARLY
YOU MUST FARM OR ELSE
MOBILITY IS A MUST IN MY OPINION ON MORDE, so take ghost/heal or ghost/flash.
On another note, an AD rune page with AP blues and an AS quint and raking ghost/ignite, you can take long sword start, start q, pull a Garen and wait in the bush. When the enemy get close to your bush and is far out enough, flip ghost and q, land 3 q's and ignite. They will take so much damage lv. 1, they will back off, letting you farm in peace, getting a faster lv. 2. Kinda like a level one zoning. You wont kill them, but itll be damn close, so they have no choice but to leave for at least a tidbit, giving you a cs advantage lv. 1 in a solo lane. BUT BEWARE THIS TACTIC. Minions are buffed, you wont have a reliable shield, so you must go behind your minions asap or the minions WILL kill you with your awful lv. 1 base health.
It's always safer to start boots/pots, or Amp tome/ pot and start e in solo lane; w in duo. Always ward so you can escape ganks, they WILL happen.
This is a risky early, but Godlike lategame build, even if you die a time or two early. Just try to make minimal mistakes early.
Also, I use DFT keystone.
