the nerfs before definitely hurt but after this last nerf he's unplayable. he's at a 43% winrate right now... riot, please tell me he's not gonna be left like this. all of my other champs that i play are permabanned and now that vlad is garbage tier i can't even touch anything in my champion pool in ranked.
His kit is just so hard to balance. It feels like they gave him even more health scaling and more manaless wave clear. Both of which allow him to build sustain (rush SV) and just constantly shove people under towers.
Hopefully the next time they rework him they'll come up with a balanceable design
i dont even care everytime i am against this biatch in the midlane he rushes spirit visage so basically i cant kill him while he can no matter what i do on top of that he got godlike sustain nah thanks he can stay in the garbage
The nerfs did seem a bit too big. His E getting completely ruined causes a shit ton of imbalances to the rest of his kit.
But then again, it's Riot. Who's balancing department might as well be a group of rabid chimpanzees.

So just a question, as a pleb asking a Diamond Vlad, what's your build and masteries?
Ever since his rework came out I felt like he can't be balanced with that kit, and nerfs confirm that. He got nerfed like 5 times in a row and even before he had like a 45% win rate. In LCS he might work since all they do is farm for 20 mins, but in solo q you don't have 20 mins to carry yourself and your team doesn't have 20 mins to wait for you to become relevant.
If they buff him, they're just gonna keep going SV build and be toxic to play against, if you nerf him some more, he's gonna be unplayable, thus he needs another rework. I feel like they need to balance out his Q, because first Q being garbage and then crimson rush Q being broken is not a good idea. Also, hp scaling on his E is one of the things why he's so toxic to play against. And to play as, at least for me, still not used to not hitting everything and not being able to wave clear like a beast that he was before. Also, blood lord skin was WAAAAAY more badass before and his animations were WAAAAAY bigger and cooler than right now.
Naw I think he's in a good spot right now. I've just started playing him and while his early game is somewhat weak his late game makes up for it. If a lowly Silver 3 player like me can get an S rank with him I think he's good.

i'd specifically pick him against ap heavy teams as he would be easy to deal with for ad
