I see Hashinshin use Aatrox with Bork and SV

And what he doesn't know (or problably does) is that bork's bonus damage healing gets multiplied twice by Spirit Visage, granting a total bonus heal of 69% (instead of 30%). Wondering why bork + sv is used so often on aatrox hmm... The effect becomes so much bigger the more lifesteal you have and if you take guinsoo/runaan With the usual riot saying "We read everything" why don't they fix this?
