Is there a capped limit to how much lifesteal you can have?

For example, can you buy like 6 BTs and have 120% Lifesteal?

Bloodthirster's lifesteal is unique, so no, you couldn't get 6 of them for 120% lifesteal. There is no cap to lifesteal, though.

BT's passive lifesteal doesn't stack, but you can max out at like 80% lifesteal and still have about 300 AD.

Because lifesteal is a balanced stat.

So if you got like 1 BT and 5 hydras you could pretty crazy?

Pretty much.

You could probably get damn near 100% with runes and masteries :P

20+12+12+12+12+12=80% Runes I think can bring 3% Masteries have 5% I think So 88%

It's only limited by your items, runes and masteries. there is no hard cap
