I don´t see a point picking sivir at all

might as well rework her into something with a niche that is not outclassed by item 3085

Coming from a game where i had to support a terrible sivir ( so a bad player on top of an already bad champ ), which reminded me how aweful she really. First it was quite frustrating, but as the game progressed it became kinda hilarious how she made it possible to lose even super safe kills, because of how little damage she did. What made it even funnier is that we ( my premade and myself ) already predicted in champselect, that she will deal the least amount of dmg in our team just by her pick, and she did.

since i am no adc main, i am genuine corious. Why would you ever pick her over champs like Twitch Jinx KogMaw Draven Vayne twitch has better teamfight and is actually usefull at lvl 6 onwards jinx can help u in lane chain cc the enemy and can pick up kills with ult, while having a as good if not better teamfight kog´maw´s early is actually ok now. Draven is just a huge lane bully, that snowballs insane vayne, even though she deals single target dmg, she scales way harder and is a god duellist

every adc can have waveclear withitem 3085 and every team can have a speedboost with item 3069, so whats left is just her spellshield, which makes her a pocketpick against hard engage lanes likeRakan Blitzcrank Thresh i guess?

Very few people actually complete Talisman of Ascension instead opting for the ward item created from the coin build path as it's far better than the speed boost active you get on just about every coin user.

On your team you had Kennen, Amumu, and Yasuo, who are all three champions that want to sprint head first into a fight quickly to get their stuff off. Sivir speed boost is far more effective at that than the Talisman active is. It's a larger initial speed, for longer, and a continual speed boost for even longer than that.

Additionally you played Zilean support against a Jinx/Janna lane. So you have a support that only engages through double bomb, or a slow to snag champions who are caught out. That's taken into a lane that is designed to not get engaged on and to counter what engages do happen.

What astounds me more than anything is you're complaining about a champion and a player in a game that you won anyway. She didn't feed, she didn't hold you guys back by being foolish. She stayed out of the way and farmed hoping to become relevant later. She let herself get carried instead of taking needless fights and dying a ton. I'd love to have players like that in my games.

Maybe she simply likes the champion and felt like playing something a little different?

i think its more of a buff for pro play she was a very highly pick in proplay due to aoe clear, safety of spell shield . aoe team damage, and ult for engage/disengages so they buff her damage on Q before worlds

well im no adc main either but i can tell you why shes a good pic. not a strong pic, but a good one. shes technically a safe and quick farmer, and she is the supporty adc next to ashe. even if shes a useless tit her ult isn't. shes more of a safe adc. not meant to carry hard or scale so much as be that extra oomph when it comes to the lategame fights.

In LCS she is being picked for her ult and spellshield. ADC is the most dangerous role, unless you have an on demand instant spellshield. Also now they can charge Cho+Maokai in with talisman, sivir ult, and righteous glory,

You pick her if you have an Olaf or Master Yi and/or a Taric support. Situations that you want to run in and kill everyone with ult.
