Any AD champion is a bad matchup because his passive is completely useless against them, as is his Q shield.

Most ranged champions beat him easily pre-6 and force him to play safe or die.

Zed, the best overall mid lane champion right now, is one of his worst matchups.

He also has a 38% win rate against Kayle mid in plat+. That's right. 38%. However, it does have somewhere between 100 and 250 games played, so not the most reliable. If you set it to 500+, you get Jayce, Aatrox, Talon, and Zed as his top 4 worst matchups and a 45.94%, 47.12%, 47.27%, and 48.41% win rate, respectively.
