New runes limit playstyles instead of encouraging innovation

Now what do I mean by this?

Let's look at old runes/masteries Imagine if taking a specific mastery tree meant you also got a specific rune set to go along with it.

This is essentially what new runes reforged have done.

For example: Fleet Footwork would be a lovely keystone for Jhin, except it's in the precision tree which means you'd be stuck with 18% AS on Jhin instead of the 15 AD you'd get from Sorcery or domination, making fleet footwork terrible on Jhin

Another example Im a bruiser, lets say Darius or even GP and I want to take grasp, what stats am i given from the resolve tree? Bonus HP What would I heavily prefer over that? Bonus AD

This is also part of the reason why the fighter class is struggling right now

A lot of them want certain keystone runes but stats from other trees

Proposed solution? Allow us to pick the stats we get instead of forcing stats just based on your primary path.

TL;DR stats based only on primary rune tree limits creativity, let us pick the stats instead

The only thing new runes limit in the sheer number of options, not that it matters sync most of them were factually suboptimal orboutright bad.

The difference between 11.6 and 12 atk speed is not a worthwhile or impactful decision to make. Especialy when 1 is simply better than the other.
