I'm way more concerned about Irelia. I think Singed is annoying but more manageable. He's more of a SQ stomper than objectively strong (sort of like WW wasn't OP but crushed NA SQ anyway).
Singed loses to quite a few laners though, such as Darius. Irelia is not only a SQ snowball god but she's also suffocating a lot of the mid lane pool. She massively outscales traditional skirmishers like Ekko while also being better early and tankier.

She lost about 4% win rate this patch based on today's numbers. Sterak's is no longer beneficial for her and it was a core item.

Basically lost x1 her base AD on trinity procs. That's -100 damage on every trinity proc by level 12 ( from 300 damage to 200).
