lux needs balanced.
her bubble crap takes up the entire lane and has the range of nids spear. and her ult takes up half the lane and can go from base turret to base turret.
how can anyone think this is balanced?

I must say, it's been a while since I last saw complaints that Lux was too strong. Most of the time it's complaints that her E costs too much mana.
Because her mana costs are incredibly high, which means that if you rush early boots you have a higher probability of dodging her skill shots, which wont come all that often unless she spams mana potions.
Her E is really annoying, but where she gets her damage from is her passive and AA on top of her E, so if you can again just stay away from it you should be in a good spot.
She also doesnt have a gap closer, little in the way of escape unless she lands her Q (ganks!), and ultimately is pretty reliant on the team to secure the win.
Not even close to OP. Pretty balanced in my opinion.
theres almost no way to dodge the e when it takes up the entire lane.
the only thing that makes lux OP is that she secures kills for herself and her team with her Q. She's not op in the slightest. her Q actually has a pretty thin hit box, so you have to outpredict your opponent
want the most boring fight ever? lux against morgana. Morgana does what lux can, hard counters her, and has more crowd control and area of effect
morgana doesn't have the quarter-global ult though and her Q only hits one target. but the two are essentially the same. Q is a snare, they provide a shield(though one makes you immune to crowd control effects while under its spell...doesn't it?), both have a large area of effect area denial ability
meanwhile morgana has built in 20% spell vamp and lux does a lot of bonus damage to her target if they're afflicted by her abilities passives
