State of ADCs

I feel like they are in a bad place right now..at least the traditional adcs. Unless they can super crit you where basically they are assassin/adc hybrids, then they are sort of useless. It used to be a paper rock scissors type thing where assassin beat adc, adc beat tank, tank beat assassin thing, but that doesnt seem true right now. Trying to get other opinions tho.
