Why is my LP gain so low?

First off I'm not really sure what "board' I should have put this in. Back on the forums I would have put it in general discussion or SR ranked but somehow miscellaneous didn't seem right and there is no board for game types so yeah.

Okay I win most of my games I have 52 wins and 35 losses. Out of my last 10 I won 7 and lost 3 and out of my last 20 I won 13 and lost 7. As of right now I'm on a slight tilt. I generally can only win 2-3 games in a row. But even when I'm on a 5-6-8+ win streak I'm still only gaining 17-20 LP and generally lose 18. When I first started playing this season I was gaining 25-30 lp and only losing 12-14 when I lost. I generally don't duo. Out of my 88 games only 4 or 5 at the most had a duo in it. I also carry most of my games. I maintained a 20+ kill/1 death/9 assist average on graves like the 1st 10 games I played him. My 1st game being 33-1-6. I have a 3-4 kda and 60%+ win rate on almost every adc I play. I also have good stats on the mages and bruisers I play when I cant get adc. Why isnt my mmr going up? Like its not elo hell because I'm winning and games for the most part arent hard. The wins are generally easy(Like 40% of my wins are 20 minute surrenders) and the losses are generally really close games. its just LP hell. I dunno if I'm just spoiled and am used to 24+ lp gain and sub 14 lp loss but when it takes 12+ games to climb a division its frustrating because thats like 70 games to get out of a tier if you lose no more then 3 or so games per tier and win all of your placements on the 1st try.

TL;DR I win most of my games and generally don't duo and my LP gain is meh how do I get it to climb, since winning(and carrying most of the time) isnt raising my mmr for some reason.

To your first question, this is probably the correct board to post this in. At least, this is the board that I see most of these posts on anyway.

As for your LP gains, it was my understanding your gain/loss was based on your MMR. So the closer you are to your "ideal" spot, the closer your LP gains/losses are. Since you were gaining so much before, you belonged in a higher spot, which you have obtained. Since your gains are equaling out, you are probably close to where the system thinks you should be. Now you will probably rise at an equal pace except if you go on a winning streak. Also, LP gains usually lessen as you play enough games or get to higher tiers. You've played almost 100 games, so I feel your gains are pretty generous still. Now it is basically a weeding out process for you to climb to prove that you belong in a higher tier. Since you say you win most of your games, you will probably keep rising unless you start losing only during promotions, but barring that you will do fine.

Also, your KDA doesn't have any effect on how much LP you gain. This will never be implemented because it punishes players/roles who aren't carry roles(support/tanks) and only rewards killing champions.

Your LP is based upon your opponetns MMR against yours. So when evenly skilled teams you'll get more, less when you win games you should've won, more when you win games you're outmatched. You'll lose more using the same formula as wins and lose less same.

Riot probably gave you a slight boost at the beginning of the season so you could get back up to your old rank faster. It's also possible you are getting closer to where you belong on the ranked ladder.
