What I would like to see in customs

Okay league of legends is probably one of the few games where modding/community created in game content is not available. What I would like to see is for people in customs to be able to tweak stats and rules to make game modes. This way if people wanted they could make urf/nurf mode them selves. But maybe not just tweaking game play stats and feature but maybe being able to play champs pre nerf/rework for those who would like to play the old sion or the old cassiopeia or the old kog'maw or the old lucian(I'm talking pbe lucian where with two nashors tooth and a void staff you could solo baron with your ult) etc. Also maybe mis and match where you can take any champion and give them other champions abilities. I would even merit rito charging a fee for this. Maybe a $30-$50 fee for permanent ability to alter stats and abilities or like $2-$3 for a set number of games. Hell I would pay like $100 if we had the ability to create a champion from scratch with the possibility for people to vote and rito to make it a real champion.

the reason why the custom is so under used is because people where punished for their creativity or modding the game.

why Riot created the 1 for all mode was because the community began mod'ing the game. so Riot banned their accounts and then made a temp game mode instead.

and dont judge them for doing this.. they only did it in custom and the people would intentional group with other people doing this. they didnt abuse this in other game modes to my knowledge.

i really feel custom games should have the same restrictions champ select people should be able to play the same champ on the same team.. i would love to take someone in with my main champ and show them what to do and give them immediate feed back.

i would like to have 0 cool down with some spells in a custom just to have fun.. i would love to do things different than just play the normal game ... again..

i could have sworn league started because some one modded a game anyway.

Nix the charging for it idea, but other than that it has some merit. I personally have zero interest in including old data, but a "sandbox" where unique game modes can be created (and shared) has a lot of use. For the general sandbox idea, I'm going to shamelessly plug my thread here.

One problem with this is that sure, there are always people who will play ranked and normals, but this would be so popular that queues for normals and ranked would be very long and for dominions and aram too.

This might have been true in the 90's and early 2000's. Now it is 2015. Welcome to the future???
