Tell me, Do you ever see a mage soloing baron/elder?(successfully)

I know I don't, but I sure do see plenty of ad champs being able to do such a thing, and leave with full health. Lifesteal items are kinda op rn, not to mention baron and elder still feel weak.

1. do something about lifesteal items, stuff like vladmir's q/r fioras vitals, etc are fine, it's just lifesteal items themselves.
2. have elder/baron apply grievous wounds, I shouldn't have to say much here.
