Seriously it's capped at 33% of your remaining health and it's single target, at least with cho you can kite him. before you give me that "Oh build Hexdrinker and he's dead" "Oh save flash for his wall" Sometimes Hexdrinker wont be enough to stop all that extra damage and sometimes people will protect him like crazy

*no Veigar isn't broken, it's just his ult is just incredibly strong and difficult to deal with if you are a champ that doesn't have untargetable abilities/Items

Considering that viegar is basically the only (for the most part) single target burst mage left. I would simply prefer that we leave him alone.

I feel his ulti is fine. What is not fine is his easy access to free ap given to him to promote "interactivity." Which causes it to be just dumb.

His last version I felt was fair coming from a former veigar player.

Dont be around him when low? You can react to the wall coming up, then dodge his meteor. He will just have Q and R. You can dodge his Q too.

Good point Cocho, but some occasions he will be with someone like majority of the time and he is doing so much damage and he needs to be shut down. There are times when Veigar can just q you then boom his ult annihilates you and he didn't even have to use W or E to beat you. It shouldn't be difficult for mages because all they need is Zhonyas and god forbid you can't build that on an AD champ like riven
