Just trying to bounce this off you guys to see what you think. Frostqueen Morellos Boots large Rod item d-cap void frostqueen makes landing velkoz E significantly easier (landing one E will lead to a true dmg ult the vast majority of the time) With frostqueen and morellos you are at 30 cdr and 75 mana regin.
Thoughts?
RG Velean1 votesI'm a vel main and I have respect for the frostqueen's/utility build. But I much prefer damage heavy builds on him. Usually a first item ludens, into a rylies, zhonyas, d-cap, cdr boots, and then top it off with either an abyssal for survivability or a void staff for that extra pen (depending if I'm behind or ahead)
Oh Me So Ornny1 votesi was just thinking you needed a regen item 1st and now your only choices are frost and grail....and since the velkoz changes it is so important to get that true dmg ult...which is y i thought frost would be better
