Galio, The Sentinal's Sorrow
Rework ideas that keep his flavor:
Passive: Keep it the base the same, but add in a secondary component where he gives and aura bsed on 25% of the bonus ap as armor. IE: If he is gaining 40 bonus ap from his passive, give an aura of +10 armor. this way he is both rewarded for building his mr but not punished for being played against ad as harshly

Galio fires a concussive blast from his eyes, slowing and dealing damage to enemies caught near the impact point.
Galio fires a concussive blast from his eyes, dealing 80/135/190/245/300 (+60% Ability Power) magic damage to enemies near the impact location, and reducing their Movement Speed by 24/28/32/36/40% for 2.5 seconds.

Galio claps his wings, unleashing a gust of concussive wind that damages enemies and leaves a directional draft in its wake that increases ally Movement Speed.
Galio unleashes a gust of concussive wind that deals 60/105/150/195/240 (+50% Ability Power) magic damage to all enemies in its path. A directional draft remains for 5 seconds, increasing the Movement Speed of allies passing through it by 20/28/36/44/52%.

Galio dashes forward in a line damage all enemies in his path and leaving a tailwind in his wake
Galio dashes forward dealing 60/105/150/195/240 (+50% Ability Power) magic damage to all enemies in his path. A directional draft remains for 5 seconds increasing the movement speed of allies, and slowing enemies, passing through by 25/25/30/35/40%

Galio channels for 2 seconds, taunting nearby foes and blocking 50% of incoming damage.After channeling, Galio deals 200/300/400 (+60% Ability Power) magic damage to surrounding enemies, plus an additional 10% damage for each attack he suffered while channeling, up to a max of 360/540/720 (+108% Ability Power) damage (80% bonus damage).

These changes offer some utility, sustain, and mobility to a mobility depended champion. As it stands galio has 2 was to get a good ult. Vroom vroom build (talisman with a righteous glory), or flash. Giving him a dash style gap closer allows him to get in and ult, while still keeping his move speed flavor. With the Q i just adjusted the manna cost and improved the slow on it.
As for the heals both targets this mostly affects support galio, but adds a bit of functional utility to an otherwise throw away ability.
These changes are enough quality of life improvements to make him more playable, with out really affecting his damage output, and clearing up his false mobility issue.
