Have everyone pick, then randomize the picks. Essentially, you can choose something giga broken, but then you run the risk of the enemy team getting it.
Have both teams pick for their counterparts.

Nemesis Draft was the worst gamemode that ever existed, and Nemesis URF would be right after it for the same reasons.
Or just bring back ARURF.
This is just riot showing all the new kids how moronioc non-random URF is so they stop bitching when ARURF comes around. They all want to be the one playing the oneshot cheese, not the one on the receiving end.
