I've been playing since 2013, and still haven't found champs that i'm comfortable with. I am looking to sit in top lane and split push. I know trynd and yorick are splitters, but they get obliterated by range. are there any top lane ranged splitters?
Shes not ranged but illaoi can hit an e and just beat on it :P
any ranged AD champ can split push
Quinn seems to be pretty good at splitting.
Trynd doesn't lose to ranged. You could try jax and see how that works.
nasus is perfect for sitting and splitting but not really range.. gnar might work too and urgot
If you're looking for someone that can split push, the "getting obliterated by _____" shouldn't matter
since the definition of split pushing is to push a lane in the hopes that no one tries to stop you
Anyways, 
is good at taking towers, 1v1ing AND running away from bad fights, so he'd be your pick
