Honestly, so many champs have abilities that can be spamed at a .1s CD in URF, I think for the sake of our dear keyboards, URF should allow a feature that just spam on CD an ability as long as you hold down the button...

was tried once upon a time, resulted in the same 16 champions being picked/banned every match so it didn't work out

Disulfiram1 votesImho they should just make Eve's Q a toggle that autocasts it whenever it comes off cd. But the proposed change in the op would also be fine on a lot of champs in the normal game too, not just Eve.
