Buff idea for HexFlash

Now we all know this rune is a bit underwhelming, especially comparing it to the two it replaces (magical boots&perfect timing). While magical boots and perfect timing both are more all rounded, hexflash is just a bit less so. Its real main purpose is to give immobile champions a way to dash outside of basic flash, but in order to even get it, you need to use your more reliable flash. This is the main problem, the fact that you need to have flash on cd to even use HexFlash.

**My suggestion **is that while out of combat & flash/hexflash are both up, if you hold down your flash key (d/f) it will instead channel hexflash, and/or not accidentally use flash if you hold it down while hexflash isn't up (such as your in combat) [note using hexflash will put both your flash and hexflash on the normal 15 sec cd, just like normal to prevent double flash (or you can do double flash cause that would actually be really fun)}

I got this idea from seeing Pyke's
q, as it has two completely separate affects if you hold it down or just tap it, using that coding you can make it where if you hold it down, it does Pyke's hook (hexflash) or tap it to do Pyke's yasuo q clone (flash)
