Everyone got Honor 3 these past few days.
Pretty sure Riot just gave it out to everyone.
Literally have a friend that took like a 2 week break, came back, and after like a week had honor 3.
I donno....it looks like this might have been edited. :P
I already got a capsule and got 2 key frags and a singed shard :)
