Suggested Nunu Buffs

So after the dust has kind of settled on the Nunu rework, I feel like overall the rework has made Nunu a more enjoyable and engaging champion to play. However he still feels underturned with his abilities. I personally would like to see Nunu have the ability to lane and not just be restricted to the jungle as he was pre-rework, however he lacks the damage to be able trade with the majority of champions and just winds up getting pushed out of lane.

My suggestions to buff Nunu would be as follows:

Attack Damage: 57 >>> 60

E Damage Per Snowball: 16/24/32/40/48 >>> 20/30/40/50/60

Summary: While these buffs may not look huge, I believe they would help Nunu out a lot in his ability to trade against other champs. The attack damage buff is there to help with his last hitting ability which right now is quite bad. The E damage makes trading with champs easier and you won't feel like you have to hit every snowball in order to do any kind of meaningful damage.

These are just my ideas for ways to help Nunu shine a little more than what we've seen. Thoughts?
