Hope Rioters will reply or at least read this thread about Taliyah

Are you guys planning to buff/do something about Taliyah? Her E is mediocre, q is REALLY weak (expect in late game) and with worked grounds it's almost impossible to trade, unless you're high elo. Hitting W with her is harder than finding a cure to cancer. She's one of the weakest mid laners I've ever played, I'm just disappointed because i really like her design and spent my earned 6300 IP for a champ who's really meh. Also, most players stopped playing Yorick after the W's changes, so please don't forget about this too.

Imo her problem are worked grounds and W. I'd rather have a higher dmg on Q with like 6/7 sec cooldown than a weak q which hits 5 times (only if you land it perfectly, which is not easy to do since her q doesn't go through the minions) for 1 time.

I'm not a native speaker so sorry if I triggered you with my broken english.

Uh, I don't know about you, but I have no issue with Taliyah. And, in fact, I still have a 5:1 KDA on her. So... she's not weak, just not a freelo champ like Brand, Anivia, Syndra and so on. Gotta actually be good to do well with her. :P

How long have you been playing Taliyah and what's your elo?

Asking because people who don't have any problems with her are always around diamond/plat.

I don't play Taliyah that often. Spammed her when she was released, then kind of forgot about her. Played her a couple times the other day.

And, gold, but I probably play like silver or bronze.

Taliyah was pretty strong until they took away the bonus damage to minions on her Q. It really hurt her wave clear. I don't know why they decided to go that route, especially considering the addition of the bonus damage was what boosted her winrate from 37% to 48% and made her decent. She's hovering around 47% which is fine I guess.

43% win rate (the second mage with the lowest win rate) bronze/silver, 45% gold/plat, and finally a DECENT 48% win rate just with experienced players (diamond and master). Also, this wasn't about her win rate but more likely about her gameplay. For example: dashing through her e should make you guess ''should i take the risk?'' not ''LET'S DASH HER E IS LIKE DASHING THROUGH PILLOWS I WON'T TAKE ANY DMG''

Because she's really frustrating to play. Once you miss her w (which is the easiest thing to do) you have to wait 15 seconds, ult with shitty range (you basically are near the dragon and then you can use your ult to gank bot lol, what a joke) and a nonsense long cooldown (considering how shitty its range is) like 180 sec cooldown. Q is garbage early-mid game and trading or poking is really hard because of the worked grounds.

Would you play a champ like this? I mean c'mon, i want to play not to study a champ.

Where is it? Didn't even know about it

There's pretty much a subreddit dedicated to every champion out on Reddit. you'll even find some people who have spoken about Taliyah's current state there.

She isn't extremely weak, she takes skill to play. Yes, the nerfs hurt, but you can still do very well. Her w can be hard to hit but if you practice, it will eventually come. She can still roam bot and clear the wave quickly; it just takes more effort. Granted, some buffs to her late game may help her quite a bit. Taliyah

It's not all about the W that needs practice. I mean, once you miss your W (which is extremely easy to dodge) you lose lots of potential dmg and that's how you lose trades, free poke, kills etc... When you people replied I thought I was the problem but just 20 mins ago i was reading about high elo players complaining about how mediocre Taliyah is right now and will be with the assassins update.

You can still do very well with her, she can still be good.

I find she is kinda fine, she doesnt need the imba burst she had before, but i think she needs more balance in her kit and lategame damage in some way.

-Her worked ground Q is very weak. She needs a little more damage on this.

-She needs to have some sort of new mechanic like "scaling AP ratio on her Q depending on level". What i mean is that her Q Ap% values should change depending if she is on lvl 1 or 18. Why is this?. Because the non-WG Q lategame tickles but early game could be nuking if RIOT buffs her ratios. Riot should find a way to make her Q more rewarding lategame while keeping it as it is right now earlygame (with the exception of her WG Q, which does miserable damage at any point in the game).

-Her E could root enemies that dash thru it at certain speeds after popping 3 stones or so. This would prevent dashers (i.e. Leblanc, akali, Jax, VI Yasuo) to not give a fuck about it. This spell should be a total control one since it pops in the ground and could get dodged or walked around. Right now dashers dont give a damn because it doesnt burst anymore so they run thru it anyways into taliyah. Not sure if this should be applied to players who were tossed into the E by her W-E combo tho..

-Last but not least, revert the cooldown on her Ultimate on levels 1 and 2. Right now is WAY too big of a cooldown, even with mac CDR. This spell is trickier to use than it seems and it does no damage, so give her the ability to use it more often. That or let her cast the spell as an scape tool midfight, or at least let her take some hits before falling off the wall. Its annoying to have a transport spell that doesnt let you transport out of danger when it matters the most, which is well, when you are getting ganked into oblivion as a champ with little mobility and frail as hell.

My 2 cents.
