mordekaiser is in need of serious buffs, as a morde main, i think he should get a 30% slow on hi spassive (30% movement speed steal on CHAMPS) 30% slow on his Q and a 2 second stun on his W. his E should also gap close him. I think this will put mordekaiser in a unique and favorable spot
