buff mordekaiser also buff spellvamp and cdr items that have no mana also make his ult dot do half as much dmg but last 2x as long so i can proc ludens 3 more times

I've been playing morde for three years and i have had games where i run a 72% damage ult before morde is already overpowered, also i have 15% cdr on my runepage 4% spellvamp from quints. Also i build linandry's, sorc boots with homegaurd (these are rushed) then will of the ancients which also gives even more cdr and lifesteal and abby scepter with luden's echo and then rabadan's.
