Can we buff Vladimir?? He is very weak in current meta

As it stands, his passive is lack luster and doesn't give him too many bonus stats. His healing isn't that much and if you pool you kill yourself. I suggest we give vlad a new passive, for every 100 ap he gets 10% spellvamp and for every 10% spellvamp he gets 500 hp, this way he can actually do what he was meant to do, and that is be a vampire dude that sucks blood. I am silver 3 high elo professional gamer and I know what I say when I say this.

ya i agree vladimir is very weak. Last time vladimir engaged 3vs5 then he pressed all his attack then pool, then all his attack again then kayle ulti then all his attac again then pool then all his attack again then zilean ulti then all his attack againt then pool then all his attack again then zonya then all his attack again then pool then all his attack again then guardian angel then all his attack again then pool then all his attack again then zilean ulti then all his attack again then pool then all his attack again then kayle ulti then all his attack again then pool then all his attack and HE DIED ! My brother have 75% winrate after 50 games with him in Diamond. I think Vlad will be nerfed when new Abysal will be out.
