The state of Riven and Rumble

hello i am silver 3 mordekaisur main and I am a profesional male gamer striving to be the best mordekaiser main. rumble and river are 2 of the most overrated champions in solo queue right now, they do no dmg and die instantly and both are in need of some minor tweaks to their kits to make them viable picks

SUGGESTIONS FOR RIVER: her Q needs to have 50 increased range and do 200% extra dmg to isolated targets her W needs to stun for .2 seconds longer and reset on kills and assists her E shield needs a bigger AD ratio and lower CD its not good enough right now her HP5 is very low and she cannot sustain her ult R needs more dmg as compensation to slower missile speed

SUGGESTION FOR RUMBLE: his Q needs to do 25% more dmg to champs than it does currently, as right now it's his most lack luster ability his shield is too small and needs to be bigger his ultimate is very nice but lack luster and to fix this i think it should reset on champion kills and assists so he can be actually useful

these minors tweaks should make my 2 second fav champions viable again i suggest u do this now riot
