Riot brought this up the last time they nerfed Jinx. Jinx, like Sona, is a champion who should generally have a 52+ win rate when she's balanced, because she is perfectly suited to the typical solo queue strategy of grouping and pushing.

Though Caitlyn's traps can make her a powerful sieger, those traps can be played around. Jinx just sieges by taking turrets faster than everyone else.

Tristana also has an excellent turret destruction pattern, but Jinx has a better team fight than her.

Hyper carries are by nature supposed to have a lower win rate. Jinx is a hyper-carry. We all know that.

Saying shes supposed to have a positive win rate is just ignorant. You obviously dont know what you're talking about

That's not your decision to make, regardless of your elo. The only one who decides balance is Riot.

They should probably also take in to consideration that Jinx is the 4th most played champion. :/

The reason Jinx is so high WR isn't because of other ADC's. It's because Leona has fallen out of the meta in bot. She was one of the #1 jinx counter picks. And she isn't that viable as a support right now (she does ok, but she is kind of outclassed). And Annie doesn't do that great without gold anymore. Basically Jinx is weak to lockdown and engage supports. Most of those have been pushed out of the support meta by Alistar Thresh Braum Janna . Due to their peel capability. And it doesn't help that Karma and Morgana can almost solo kill an ADC while the support dives Jinx. Then there's Soraka one of the best supports at keeping an ADC alive to counter jinx.

The support meta is becoming stale again. So Nami Blitzcrank Zilean Zyra Lulu TahmKench Taric aren't that viable.

Its a balance issue. A hyper carry shouldnt have high winrates against lane dominant bullies.

Id rather fight jinx than certain others but this needs to be looked at because a 54% winrate with one of the highest playrates indicates shes either too easy and extremely rewarding or too strong no?

We nerfed azir and gangplank because they were hyper carries who bullied in lane.. So whats with jinx
